UNIQUE OPPORTUNITIES FOR EXPERIENCED BUSINESS PROFESSIONALS
Excell needs special individuals with strong business backgrounds, self-confidence, and a desire for independence, variety and people contact. If you are an experienced executive looking for a prestigious, professionally satisfying opportunity, with a stable income, you should consider Excell. With us, you can be part of an innovative program poised to help top executives become multi-skilled and address the fast pace of business change.
What is Excell? We are leaders of chief executive “think tanks”. The Excell Executive Leadership Exchange program brings together groups of company owners, presidents and CEOs to share and increase their knowledge and experience. We form and lead these peer mentor groups, providing members with the setting and process for the exchange of experience, resources and solutions to their most challenging issues. Individual members learn and grow by drawing on the collective experience and training of their group as a whole. In a full-day meeting once each month, these executives of small and mid-sized companies serve as a "board of advisors" to work on each other's most pressing business challenges. They also hear resource speakers address CEO-level management issues - real-time issues they must deal with today. The setting is non-competitive, confidential and trust-based. Individuals “Chairing” these groups must be experienced and confident, and possess the highest professional standards and values.
Our program has been carefully developed, refined and tested since 1988. We are growing by selecting high-caliber, qualified individuals who will work with us to develop groups in specific cities. Successful candidates will receive licenses to operate one group in our “growth company” program. They will be trained at our home offices in Portland, Oregon, in operations, marketing and sales, and administration. Each will develop a specific marketing strategy for their area to help assure their success.
After "booting up" and running a successful group of their own, other opportunities can be explored, including:
The operation of a second “growth” group, or a group in our programs for smaller or larger companies
The development of their specific territory under the concept of “Area Manager”
The operation of an ExPo program for upcoming executives.
Leading Excell-100 groups for CEOs of companies with gross sales ranging from 100 million to over one billion dollars.
